Before joining a meeting, click on the Java icon to see if you have the latest version. Follow the steps to download and install Java on your computer. |

Locate the scheduled meeting on the following list and then click "Join." Enter your name, click "Join Meeting" and you will be directed to click on icon on your desktop.

Enter Meeting ID, Meeting Password (if needed) and your name and click "Join Meeting." |
